Responsiveness - If you have questions or problems with any On The Grid Financial account, call or come by. If we can't answer your question immediately we'll get back with you within 24 hours with a status update or credit your account $10.00.
Reliability - We don't want to let you down on our promise. If we fail to deliver any product or service as promised, we'll credit your account $5.00.
Promptness - We promise to acknowledge a member's presence or phone call within three minutes.
Courtesy - If you feel any of our employees have been less than courteous, please notify a manager or supervisor so we may address the situation.
